KNP Land Management is based in Ringgold, Georgia. We serve a wide region that extends north to Pikeville, Tennessee, south to Calhoun, Georgia, and west to Trenton, Georgia. We work throughout the Chattanooga metro area and surrounding communities including Chickamauga, Tunnel Hill, Dalton, Collegedale, Soddy-Daisy, Cleveland, and more. We currently focus on residential projects. Our core services include site preparation, land clearing, excavation and grading, driveway installation, water line installation, and septic system installation (in Tennessee). If you are not sure whether your project fits what we do, call us and we will talk through it.
Yes. All estimates are free and done on-site. We need to see the property to give you an accurate number — there is no way to do it fairly over the phone without walking the land first.

Yes. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have an urgent situation — a tree down, a water line issue, or any other time-sensitive property problem — do not wait. Call or text us at any time.
Once we schedule a site visit, we will give you an estimate at the time of or shortly after the visit. We do not believe in making people wait unnecessarily. If you need to move quickly on a project, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate the timeline.
Yes. We work on both sides of the state line. Some services — specifically septic system installation — are focused in Tennessee due to differences in regulations. For all other services, we work in both states throughout our service area.
Our minimum job value is $1,500. This is due to the cost of mobilizing equipment and fuel to a job site. If your project is smaller, give us a call anyway and we will let you know whether we can accommodate it.
At this time, KNP Land Management does not offer in-house financing. We currently work on a payment due upon completion basis. If payment plan options become available in the future, we will update this information. We always want to be upfront about what to expect before any work begins.
